Every WP40 is constructed by hand in our Gisborne facility by the same team that has been building premium aluminium vessels for three decades. There are no production shortcuts, no outsourced components, no compromises made in the name of speed.
The hull is formed from marine-grade aluminium plate, shaped over a naval architect-designed skeleton. Each weld is laid by hand. Each panel is fitted with the precision that only comes from experience built over years, not months.

The exterior and hull design of the WP40 was developed in collaboration with Tyson D, one of the most respected names in contemporary marine design. The brief was unambiguous: create a vessel with the visual authority to match its engineering credentials.
